These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of editorvault.shop (the "Site") and any digital products purchased through it, operated by [Your Legal/Business Name] ("Editor Vault," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing from or using this Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Products and Digital Delivery
Editor Vault sells digital editing assets, including but not limited to video transitions, text animations, color presets (LUTs), fonts, sound effects, motion graphic backgrounds, motion graphic PNGs, and raw project files (collectively, the "Products"). All Products are delivered digitally via a download link (typically hosted on Google Drive) sent to the email address provided at checkout, or made available instantly after payment is confirmed. No physical goods are shipped.
2. License to Use
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Products in your own personal and commercial projects, including but not limited to client work, YouTube videos, reels, and other paid or unpaid content.
You may NOT:
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the raw asset files (or any substantial portion of them) as a standalone product or asset pack, whether for free or for payment.
- Claim the raw, unedited assets as your own original work for the purpose of reselling them.
- Upload the raw Product files to any public or private repository, marketplace, or asset-sharing platform.
You MAY use the Products as components within your own finished creative work (edited videos, reels, client deliverables, etc.) and sell or distribute that finished work freely.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is a one-time charge; there are no recurring subscriptions or hidden fees. We reserve the right to change pricing, offers, and discounts at any time without prior notice, though changes will not affect orders already completed.
4. Refunds
Refunds are handled in accordance with our [Refund Policy], which forms part of these Terms.
5. Account and Order Accuracy
You are responsible for providing an accurate email address at checkout, as this is how your download link is delivered. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address provided by the customer.
6. Intellectual Property
All Products, along with the Site's content, branding, and design, are the property of Editor Vault or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the underlying assets to you — only a license to use them as described in Section 2.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Site or Products for any unlawful purpose, to infringe on the rights of others, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Editor Vault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Products or Site.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Telangana.
