Welcome to EditorVault. By purchasing or accessing any product on our website you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Products
EditorVault sells digital asset packs for video editors. All products are delivered digitally via Google Drive link to your registered email address within 60 seconds of purchase.
2. License
All assets purchased from EditorVault come with a personal and commercial license. You may use these assets in your own projects, YouTube videos, Instagram content and client work. You may not resell, redistribute, share or claim ownership of any asset included in our packs.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, assets, designs and materials sold by EditorVault are the intellectual property of EditorVault. Unauthorized redistribution or resale of any product is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action.
4. Delivery
All products are delivered digitally. After successful payment you will receive a Google Drive download link to your email within 60 seconds. EditorVault is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses provided at checkout.
5. Payments
All payments are processed securely. EditorVault accepts UPI, credit cards, debit cards and net banking. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes.
6. Modifications
EditorVault reserves the right to modify, update or discontinue any product or policy at any time without prior notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
EditorVault is not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
